Courses and prices
The website offers the online FIRETRAC, HASREP, HIRA, INDUCTOR, SUPERTRAC and ACTRAC courses. The current listed price is R650 per course. Review the selected course, basket and total at checkout before paying. Questions about course suitability should be raised before purchase.
Learner registration
Place a separate order for each learner. Provide the learner’s full first names and surname exactly as shown on their ID, their ID number and their own email address, even when someone else pays. Names and ID details are used for registration and certification. Check the learner email carefully because INTRA sends the activation code directly to that address. Contact us promptly to correct an error.
Payment and processing
Payments are processed through Yoco’s secure payment service. CJ Training SA verifies payment and checks that the required learner information is complete before arranging registration with INTRA. Keep your order number and payment confirmation for enquiries. An order email is not an activation code. Do not email or WhatsApp card numbers or security codes to us.
Access and study period
INTRA emails the access code directly to the learner within two working days after payment has been verified and the required registration details are complete. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. The 30-day study period begins when the learner activates the code. Payment or receipt of the code alone does not start that study period. Contact us if the code has not arrived within the stated period or access does not work.
Assessment and certificate
Learners write an online test, usually consisting of about 20 questions. The number of questions may vary according to the course requirements. The pass mark is 80%. Once the learner passes, their certificate is immediately available to download from the same INTRA learning platform used for the course.
Cancellations, refunds and service problems
You may cancel for a full refund before your INTRA access code is activated, even if the code has already been emailed to you. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the remaining cancellation terms and remedies for access or service problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by applicable South African consumer law. Contact cornelius@cjtraining.co.za with the learner name, course and order number.
Personal information
The Privacy Policy explains how learner and payer information is used, stored and shared with INTRA and other necessary service providers. If you enrol another person, ensure you have authority to supply their details and give them access to the Privacy Policy.
