Your course access
INTRA emails your access code directly to the learner email address supplied at checkout within two working days after payment is verified and the learner details required for registration are complete. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Your 30-day study period begins when you activate your INTRA access code. Paying for a course or receiving the code does not by itself start the 30-day study period.
Before access-code activation
You may cancel for a full refund before your INTRA access code is activated, including where the code has already been sent to you. Please contact us promptly with your course and order number.
Statutory cooling-off rights
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel within seven days after concluding the agreement without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Qualifying refunds will be paid within 30 days from the cancellation date.
If you expressly request and consent to the service starting within those seven days, and it actually starts, that particular statutory cooling-off right may not apply. Payment or the issue of an access code alone will not be treated as proof of that consent. The full-refund offer before access-code activation above still applies. Your other consumer rights remain protected.
After access-code activation
Cancellation requests will be assessed individually. Where legally permitted, a reasonable deduction may apply for services already supplied or justified cancellation costs. We will explain any proposed deduction in writing. No cancellation charge will be applied where prohibited by law, including qualifying advance-booking cancellations arising from death or hospitalisation.
Access or service problems
Contact us promptly if your course access does not work or the service differs materially from what was promised. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law. If we cannot supply the purchased course, we will notify you and refund your payment within the applicable legal period.
Unused access
Not studying or completing the course within the 30-day period following code activation does not automatically qualify for a refund. This does not limit statutory rights or remedies for service failures.
How to request cancellation
Email cornelius@cjtraining.co.za or WhatsApp 066 197 6666, quoting your learner name, course and order number. Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable South African law.
